I have problem with log in my another apple id due to i registered is with my old phone number. That I can get any message of code for verify. I just want to know how to change the trust number or other method for verify.

My current Apple ID is difference one with this. I use other id to avoid the complication of country change. The number that i use to register is no longer available. I try to follow account recovery but finally it will send message to those number again. Is it possible to recovered by email?
