Help login to Mac using password

I’m having trouble logging in to my Mac using my passcode. The caps lock is not on, I have tried safe mode and command + option P + R. Nothing is working. I don’t know what username is because I’ve never had to enter one. Can someone help me or know of a way to bypass the passcode?

How can I reset Mac's password if locked out?
