I took my mom's phone and logged in my account but then I logged out and all my photos are there and I don't know what to do. Help

As long as you are signed out on the device, deleting the photo should not affect your iCloud Photos. To make sure, test by deleting a single photo. If the photos were downloaded to the device when you signed in, the downloaded photos will not be removed when you log out. They just will no longer sync.
