I have an android partner who is able to see that I am on a phone call when he calls. How do i turn this off?
if he calls and I’m on phone it will tell him I’m already on the phone. I have never seen or heard of this before. And it’s legit. He showed me.

Contact your cellular carrier. That is NOT a function of the phone.
That's not your phone telling them you're on the phone, it's your cellular carrier.
There is no way for any cell phone to know what kind of phone is on the other end of the call.
