Control Center Focuses Order iOS16

How can I rearrange the order of Focuses on the Control Centre in iOS16 (other than adding numbers to the title of each focus)?

iPad Pro move/resize buttons cover app menus in multitasking I have a 2020 iPad Pro with iOS 26. When using multiple apps the move/resize “red yellow green button” covers menus I need to access on some apps. The only work around I’ve found is to take the app to full screen which relocates the move/resize button from covering the menu options. It would be nice to have the option to relocate the move/resize button over when apps are not full screen. I’m guessing it’s an oversight when some apps are designed.

focus settings I created multiple focus settings to silence all notifications but they still get through. How do I prevent this from happening?
