Files > iCloud Drive - "Your device couldn't connect to the server. There may be a problem with the server or network."
When using the Files app and selecting the iCloud Drive location, I am unable to open any files while using cellular data. This is the only app that is giving me issues when using cellular data. When I am on wifi I can open files with no problems.
IOS: 17.1 (up to date as of this post)
iPhone: iPhone 11
Steps I've tried:
- Restart iPhone
- Airplane mode then reconnecting
- Manually toggle cellular on and off
- Confirmed Cellular data is on
- Disconnect from VPN (I can access files using the VPN as long as I am on wifi. While on cellular data I cannot access files with the VPN on or off. I have never had any issues with my VPN using any other apps on my phone.)
- I can access iCloud Drive using web browser and the iCloud for Windows program.
- Tried different locations (at work and at home)
