Why won’t my watch connect to my new phone?
I have just updated to I phone 15 and my watch isn’t connecting to it I already sent in my old phone
iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17
You will have to unpair and erase your Apple Watch for it to pair with your new iPhone.
Below are two ways to unpair your watch if you no longer have the paired iPhone:

- On a web browser visit 👉 https://www.iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Open Find My iPhone and select All Devices (at the top). Then click your Apple Watch, select 'Erase Apple Watch', and select Next until the device is erased. Finally click "X" next to remove your Apple Watch.
