wrong album art on iPhone after multiple tries of syncing

I still see wrong album arts on my iPhone after multiple tries of syncing it with my MacBook. The iTunes on my MacBook have the correct album art since I already did the advice from the other questions posted in this community which recommended updating the album art manually or automatically - already did those. But whenever I sync my iTunes music into my iPhone I still get the wrong album art on my phone. How do I fix this?

Note that this specifically impacted Taylor Swift's 1989 TV album. I previously deleted the files of the original 2014 version of the 1989 album which uses the old 1989 album art, then i played each file so I can replace their file path with the new 1989 TV songs. That allowed me to replace the original CD-ripped 1989 album with the 2023 version without losing the number of plays recorded for each song and without having to manually update all my iTunes playlists. Now, after doing that, the album art in my iPhone still shows the old 1989 album art while my MacBook shows the latest album art for 1989 TV.
