What shows they were downloaded?

Do you see these downloads on screen?

What do you see?

You really need to explain in full detail what you are doing and what you see. We cannot help you if we don't know what you did or what exactly happened.

Please try to provide as much detail as possible. These 1 line answers simply aren't helping us help you.

If they did download, and you were using Safari, then the files would be in the Downloads folder in the Files App.

If this is not the case, then, either they were not downloaded and you need to try to download them again or they are stored somewhere else.

Please try to answer the following questions:

  1. Are you using Safari?
  2. If not Safari, what are you using to download these files?
  3. If using Safari, do you see a blue down arrow in the address bar?
  4. If not using Safari, does the app you are using offer a Downloads folder, probably in the Settings section?
  5. Can you take a screen shot of the webpage, black out any sensitive information, and point out the place where it says they were downloaded?

You downloaded them from a website, and what happened when you downloaded them exactly?

How do you know they successfully downloaded?

What browser were you using to download them?

Normally, downloads form websites in Safari will be saved in the Downloads folder in the Files App.

The download should also produce a blue downward arrow in the address

bar in Safari. Tapping on it, should open a menu with the Downloads option. Tapping on it will open the Downloads folder in Finder.

Downloads using other browsers will normally be saved in the browser's own downloads folder within the Browser app.

What browser were you using?

I downloaded files from work that need to be filed out!

Downloaded from work how?

Did you download them by going to a website?

Did you download them by receiving an email message with them?

Did you download them from a network server somewhere?

What exactly did you do to download these files?

What steps did you follow to download them?

How do you know they were downloaded exactly?

You need to explain in detail what you did, and then someone may be able to advise.m
