Connecting Sonoma 14.0 to very old Epson Artisan 710?

Does anyone have an idea for finding a printer driver to get my old Epson Artisan 710 working with my newer Mac mini, running Sonoma 14.0? Printer works fine with my old Macs, but I can't get my new Mac to talk to the Artisan 710.

Thanks for any ideas.

Mac mini, macOS 14.0

I will assume that Epson no longer offers updated print drivers for your printer. One possibility is to visit the respected web site below where volunteers write free drivers for older printers which are no longer supported, but which work with newer operating systems. It is worth checking out. Good luck.

Hi Lanoble,

I am having same issue with my Epson Stylus Photo 1400 after upgrading to macOS Sonoma 14.0. I downloaded the Gutenprint 5.3.3 driver software but am not clear on next steps to connect it to the printer. It is installed on my desktop. Do I have to uninstall the old driver? Do I need to place it in a certain file? I'm not real IT savvy and appreciate any very beginner 101 steps for install. Thanks for your help.
