Assuming you are still in your exchange period (14 days) and assuming the phone is not damaged you can return/exhnaage to the point of purchase (if Apple either mail it back or if close to an Apple Store you can go there assuming they have what you want in stock). If you purchased from an authorized retailer or your carrier follow their policy.

Are you simply trying to exchange for a sealed item (which is a bit odd if that’s all you want) or were you wanting the same color but different storage? Is there something wrong with you one you have if you want to exchange for the same exact one only sealed?

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your phone for a refund, then you can buy what you want. That’s assuming you purchased it directly from Apple.
