M1 MacBook Pro Uneven Keyboard Backlight Issue.

Hello,

I am writing to inform people that the M1 MacBook Pro Keyboard backlights are definitely a problem within this community. I notice the issue on my own MacBook Pro while browsing and upon further research I’ve found it’s a rather common problem.

The official response given by the representative “leroydouglas” to many customers suffering the same problem is rather ridiculous and demeaning. To say “I see no issue here. The keys move…” implies that apple can’t control the quality of their product and that it’s the users fault for expecting what was advertised. leroydouglas don’t you dare try to respond to this community with another one of your opinions and acknowledge the frustration customers have with apples hardware mistake.

The problem is as clear as day and to disregard anyone’s genuine interest in the quality of their purchased product is ignorant and unprofessional.

Any apple representive that’s not leroydouglas please respond.
