Keyboard not working within 3 years of purchase

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the performance of my MacBook Pro (M1 chip), which I purchased in October 2021. Unfortunately, within just 3 years of use, the keyboard has stopped functioning properly.

What is even more concerning is the replacement cost I was quoted—₹50,000 for a keyboard replacement, which is approximately 33% of the original purchase price of the device. I find this charge unreasonable for a product that is supposed to represent the quality and durability Apple is known for.

I urge you to reconsider this pricing, as it does not align with customer expectations for long-term reliability and reasonable service costs
