Hi guys. I from other country where not have official apple store, and i have question about buying Iphone in apple store online. Can I buy an iPhone online at Apple Store if I specify that I will pick it up myself, but if another person picks it up and sends it to me?

You can only buy an iPhone online if your payment method and shipping address are in the country of the online Apple store you are accessing. So you could have a friend in that country purchase it for you, then ship it to you, but you cannot order it from outside of that country.
And any phone bought that way would only have a warranty in the country of the sale.
