B. Incompatibly:

Note that not all sites are operable with Safari. This typically includes banks and schools. So, try another Web browser.

Report this as a Bug to Apple...

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue.  Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this, if you don't report it to them.

To Provide Feedback:

1. Go Here: Feedback - Safari - Apple
2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
3. Comment: on when you came across this issue and how you have troubleshot it, thus far. Include the URL of this thread.
4. Proceed form there as necessary

It likely is a YouTube issue, though. YouTube develops an Android app and an iOS app. So, it's entirely possible this is an issue for YouTube's iOS team to fix. There may be settings for you to adjust. I didn't find anything in a brief Google search.

OH WOW! I have been looking for someone else with this issue. Just started recently. I have the iPhone 15 Max Pro. I normally wait to buy Iphone until all of the kinks are out.

I'm telling my friends to hold off getting this one. The chat comments are all garbled after about a minute into the stream. Please HELP!
