Hi I entered my Magic Mouse serial number into coverage checker site but this error occurred:
Please enter a valid serial number.
it means the mouse isn’t original?? I should take it back ??
shop keeper told me sth is wrong with Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support site for verifying mouse I should believe hime or I should take it back ???

literally none of my magic mouses, neither 1 or 2 works. Both give an error. one was with my Mac Pro in 2016 and one with my iMac in 2019. Can't be fake. The oldest one was a 1st gen with battery compartment, this one also gives an error
