i suddenly can’t print from my iPhone 8plus, or from my iPad. it says no AirPrint printers found. I was able to print from both of these devices a few days ago. I haven’t changed printers.

Try these steps:

• Turn off all the devices (printer included) connected to your modem-router
• Turn off your modem router for at least 2 minutes
• Turn your modem-router back on, waiting for its complete autoconfiguration (it might take 3-4 minutes)
• Turn on your printer and check it is connected to your wifi network
• Turn on your other devices (iPhone, iPad, Smart TV, etc.) and check they are connected to your wifi network
• Test your printer
