eSIM locked on iPhone 12

My iphone has never been assigned to a carrier contract. About a year ago, I decided to use a eSIM. The set up of eSIM was successful. A time later I have to reset all my Iphone settings (because I forgot my passcode and can not unlock it) and I don't have a backup for my Iphone. After I reset all settings and set up a new one The SIM locked status appered on my devide. And now I Can not use any eSIM, there is an issue "Unsupported eSIM". How do I fix it? pls help!!! All screenshots you can see in the attachment. Current IOS version 17.0.3, Iphone model A2172.

So … have you contacted your eSIM carrier ???

You might also consider updating to the most-current iOS. (17.1)

What did they say ???

Virtually ANY SIM-related issues are going to require carrier-participation to resolve.

Looking at your screenshot, it is clear that your device is "SIM locked".

Only the cellular carrier to which your SIM card is blocked can unblock it, if you are eligible.

Not yet. I tried to contact them online today, but I was told that it would be better to come to their office regarding this issue. So I will soon contact to my carrier and maybe they will solve my problem. I really hope they will.

@Vcm1444 - did you get this issue resolved? I have the same situation where my iPhone works with any physical SIM but I can't not install an eSIM (which I want to use while I travel). Please advise, I'm stuck.
