I'd like to use my iPad as a Wacom Tablet on my PC

I'd like to use my iPad like a Wacom Tablet. Not like a Drawing Tablet, where I can see what I'm drawing on the iPad, but more using my Apple Pencil as a stylus on a trackpad that I don't look at whilst using.

I've tried things like Duet Display, but it's not what I'm looking for - I have a widescreen monitor, and an iPad is just too small to try and use as a second display.

I'd like to be looking at my PC Screen, whilst using my Apple Pencil on the iPad, flat on my desk, to move my cursor around for my editing.
