Backing Up My iPhone Using iTunes on Windows PC

Basically, I've been trying to back up my iPhone on my windows PC recently and it hasnt been working. I am not on the latest update as I dont have storage to download it (I'm on IOS 16.2 and currently its like IOS 17.1 I believe). I've tried everything, changing the USB Cable, restarting both devices, making sure the cable is an official Apple Cable, but nothing's working. I keep getting to the last tiny bit of the backup, then it says "iTunes could not back up the iPhone because the iPhone Disconnected," even though I didn't disconnect it. I am on an iPhone 13 Pro if it helps. Here's a pic of the message it gives me:
