Hello, I am unable to reach apple support via chat or call because these features are unavailable for my country(Azerbaijan). How can I reach apple support in this case I urgently need support.
P.S. Please don just send me the link for the page with how to contact support on different regions. My region isn’t there I need other way of reaching them

Then you don't if your regions isn't included.
Your country does appear to be included. This is the dedicated Apple Support page for Azerbaijan - Official Apple Support (AZ)
If you scroll to the bottom, you can see 'Azerbaijan' on the right.
