Apple Library Taking Over

Today my iPhone 11 decided to move all of my homepage apps into the App Library. I hate folders, always have my apps on my homepages and I don’t understand why this happened. Then magically, my homepages were restored. Tonight they are back in the App Library. I’m so frustrated! How can I fix this?

Troubleshooting App Library Issues:

A. Reinstall Apps and Reconfigure Settings:

Probably incompatibility is getting in the way, or you need to reconfigure a few things. When you update to a newer version of the iOS, the app that is installed needs to be uninstalled, and then repurchased as the higher-version.

B. Clear the Caches:

Clear "System Data"/"Other":

Clear the storage named "System Data" (formerly called "Other"). It basically contains unnecessary files such as caches that are used for system ease of use - all of which gather over time: How to Clear "Other" in your iPhone's Storage - Use Backup - User Tips. Caches would be being used for remembrance of application use.
