Charging apple devices at different watt with a multi usb-c tower

There are several usb-c charging towers on Amazon that feature 5- 6 ports with the top two being 65w, then 30, 20, and 15w on the bottom port. If using a charging station like this, would it cause my battery to degrade faster if I charge my iphone or watch on the top 65w ports? Typically I use those for my macbook pro and the bottom ones for phone but I’m just curious if I plugged in my phone to the top port everyday over a period of time, would it shorten the life of my battery?

Watt  is like how fast your car can drive, but the speed limit is how fast your car do drive

the iphone draw as much current as it was build to use when charging, the fact that

a charger can provide a lot more just means it's not having its full capacitive used

so if you wish you can charge an iphone using a 4560Watt connector without it being worse for wear, it will draw the current it was made to charge but and just not draw anymore

if a port does not probide enough watt in terms of what the device was made to charge by then it will just not charge

volts in the other hand can if too high fry the device you connects
