Can’t sound adjust while WhatsApp call.

Hello, I seem to be having some minor problems with my phone (I didn't have these problems in ios 16.1 on my 14 pro max. Basically, what happens is, when I'm on a phone call, with the phone. In my ear, I have the volume/volume of the call in my ear Can't change it when there is, same with whatsapp voice notes.Basically I can't adjust any volume during a call when the phone is on my ear and the call portal is displayed.Side volume buttons don't do anything when on a call.Please help!
