Intune/Endpoint Manager Enrollment - Remote Management "A server with the specified hostname could not be found"

I have enrolled a iPhone 8 on Intune/Endpoint Manager, I assigned a Profile. Going through the Startup process it displays the Remote Management screen. It then displays the error in the title.


I have checked various help articles and only 1 showed any promise. It suggested the device was previously enrolled and assigned to a user. I have checked Intune and it cannot see the device in any of the following locations,


Endpoint Manager - Devices

EM - Devices | Enroll devices - Enroll Devices | Apple Devices - Enrollment Program Tokens - Devices


It is not present


The process I went through to enroll the device as follows,


Checked ABM for the device, it had been released

Enrolled using Apple Configurator

Erased the iPhone

Assigned to the Appropriate MDM server

Synced EM - Devices | Enroll devices - Enroll Devices | Apple Devices - Enrollment Program Tokens - Devices

Assigned the appropriate profile

Completing iPhone startup, I get to the Remote Management screen and that is where the error is displayed
