Bluetooth

Why can't my Bluetooth device be found on my iPhone? my example is a bluetooth chandelier. Everything was fine on the previous iPhone, I bought a new one, but it doesn’t want to find the device and connect!

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 17

usually the first time one connects to a bluetooth device the said bluetooth device needs to be put into pairing/ discovery mode, this is so your neighbors does not connect to them to prank you.

how one goes about putting the bluetooth device into pairing mode should be in the documentation and or on the site of the bluetooth device manufacturer
