Remove spelling suggestion popup across osx

I get this exceptionally annoying popup-thingy every now and then when I type, see image:

I want to remove this, everywhere. Preferably forever and permanently.

If you don't look it will assume the suggestion is correct (it never is, this is literally the first time I see it making a correct suggestion) and change for you.

Then you send business emails where professional and/or technical terms and/or phrases in other languages are replaced by nonsensical words from the simplified english dictionary.
