Microsoft To Do Widget for IoS 17 shows "Action Not Allowed" message when used

Hello, I got a company phone and Microsoft To Do application works well, however the Widget throws an error "Action not Allowed" Your organization only allows you to open work or school data in this app. type of error with an OK button. If I click the OK button I can use the widget without any issue at all to access my corporate to do's from my 365 account. It is the error that shows all the time that drives me crazy. Do you know how to get rid of it ? I am accessing my corporate data so I am not sure what "Action" is not allowed since the widget works very well after acknowledging the error. My appleID is using a personal email address.. could this be an issue ? Thanmk you very much !
