Restoring files "Moved to Bin"

I have a Macbook Pro running Big Sur V 11.7.10.

I have recently moved a number of files to the Bin on my iCloud drive.

I would like to restore them but cannot find out how to.

I have not selected "Empty Bin" as yet.

I cannot see the Trash icon on the menu bar from which I believe the deleted files may be restored from.

Can anyone help please?

Right click over bin in the dock , click on open , select all files ( use command and A keys ) , again right click over them and click on put back , the files will move to iCloud Drive > in documents ) .

Thank you for your reply and assistance, however I cannot get the same view as you report when "right-clicking" the Trash can.

See screenshot below when I do "right-click" the Trash can.

Is there an alternative action I need to take?

I assume the files being displayed are the latest sent to the bin so I should be able to recover these.
