can’t access apple music profile

hi,

i cannot access my apple music account at all and my account changes are on and i have signed into the account i used to get apple music. no one else in my family has this problem

Apple Music won’t play or let me log in I am having trouble with my Apple Music account, it won’t allow me to play any music, it won’t allow me to access my account either to see if my subscription is still valid/live. can’t access my apple music profile from any of my devices i have an ipad, iphone 14 and mac, all three of them have my apple music account however i can’t access my profile from any of them, the only options that show up when i tap my profile are “account settings, notifications and gift redeem”, i have tried redownloading the app, signing out and it’s still not fixed
