Apple Health App on MacBook ?

Is there a way to access the Apple iPhone/Watch Health app data on the MacBook?

What’s not happening is any syncing or sharing of Health data from my iPhone and Apple Watch with my iPad. I’m sure that I opted to sync data the first time I opened the iPad Health app. All the devices back up to same account on iCloud, but that hasn’t solved it. Does anyone know the solution?

Health app overnight stopped syncing to iPhone I use my Apple Watch to track my sleep, but overnight it stopped syncing data to my iPhone. I updated to iOS 26.1 last week and it was working just fine, so I don’t think that’s the cause. I’ve already tried turning off iCloud sync for Apple Health and confirmed that the Health app has all necessary permissions. What’s strange is that my Apple Watch is still connected to my iPhone, and all the sleep data appears correctly on my iPad — which isn’t even paired with the watch. That suggests the data is being uploaded to iCloud, but it’s not syncing back to my iPhone. Any advice would be appreciated.
