SuperDrive not working

My Apple SuperDrive have stopped working. Not sure if it was when upgrading to Ventura. I get a message when I connect the SuperDrive to my MB Air M1 saying that "USB-device need power. Connect Apple USB to USB-port on this computer...".

I get this message when I connect the SuperDrive (USB-device) so...

Anyone with a solution?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.6

Seems Superdive needs to plug directly into a Mac port, ie: not to a hub etc., that then plugs in to Mac.

Also: If not already installed: there is a Ventura update 13.6.1 available ... which may or may not help.
