Long distance calls go right to voicemail. The phone doesn't ring on my end on Apple 13.

International callers and even US long distance callers don't show up on my phone but go right to voicemail. Local calls seem to work correctly. For example, my sister in Florida gets a message that my phone is disconnected, or phone is not working . OR it just rings and goes to voicemail, but I have no record of it at all.

Incoming calls go straight to voicemail without ringing or notifications I have a new 16 pro and now calls sometimes (even from family) will go straight to voicemail. They never show as missed or received calls. Phone Never rings. ATT nor apple can find a reason, apple even replaced the phone and it still happens. Did not back up from old phone. The only other thing I'm now considering is that I have iplum app for a second line on my phone and question if that can interfere with getting calls. But it is so random my head is spinning. Calls still going straight to voicemail. Despite following the extensive list of 'checks' on one of the community threads to ensure calls do not go straight to voicemail, they are still doing this. Another important call from the hospital missed because it went straight to voicemail! On another discussion on this community site there are a list of things to check, including Unknown callers, Do Not Disturb etc etc. I have checked all of these, and there is no reason why I am missing calls. Can Apple look at a fix for this 'bug'? I can see from this community and from Google searches this is a common issue. I don't want to leave Apple, but I really do need a phone that works as a phone as I am dealing with the hospital for the rest of my life and can't go on missing important calls.
