Default fields in contacts

I would like to be able to decide what fields are default and which are not. For example, title is an important field and pronouns should be deleted it is in the way, on the rare occasion that its needed you could retrieve it from the other fields. Also, I would be nice to add custom fields or custom labels (ie. phone type Reservations, etc...)
