MacBook extremely slow - Activity Monitor looking concerning?

My photo shows the numbers - I’m concerned about my MacBook. It turns on and somewhat functions, but I can’t get anything to actually load. I noticed that my CPU is wildly high but couldn’t find any malware? I looked up all of the programs using the most CPU but I can seem to figure out how to fix this. My home browser changed & I definitely have signs of some viruses, and I’m afraid there are more issues on top of that making it not work.. I’m pretty confused and don’t know how to fix this and make my Mac work again. I need it for important stuff. Any advice helps!
