I only have this problem on my MacBook Pro M1 2021 with Monterey. Just started maybe a month ago. Only way to fix it that I have found is to restart. Cannot access Mission Control with 3 finger swipe of touch pad, clicking on it in Mission Control or trying to assign it a function key. Numerous other people have complained about this issue on different OS versions. Maybe time to fix it?
