How to download audio recordings on Safari on IPhone

I’m trying to download a plain audio recording that is in mp3 format from a website but I simply can’t find a button to do that. On android you simply tap the 3 dots and click download but when you click the 3 dots here it only allows you to change the playback speed. Thanks for your help. (I have attached a screenshot so you can get what if trying to explain)
