I am trying to unsubscribe from my apple tv subscription, but I cant press the "unsubscribe button" It keeps telling me to manage my subscription through Amazon. I have tried to unsubscribe through the website and through my settings and neither work and just tells me to go to amazon but I cant find It on my amazon account either.
Still doesn’t work. It just keeps saying to manage it through Amazon.

I was having the same trouble but I just went to my Amazon account then I went to memberships and subscriptions and I pressed the ‘contact us’ then the ‘I need help’. From there I just chat with an associate and I tell them that I can’t cancel my subscription and they just cancel it for me. I got an email after telling me it got cancelled just to be sure. Hope that helps.

Yes, it took me too long to actually find it on Amazon, thanks to the line provided above. I am using Firestick also. I probably subscribed using the Firestick.
