Is there a Desktop Mode in silicon MacBooks?

When my Intel MBP is always plugged in, and with the optimised charging mode is enabled, it goes into Charging on hold: Desktop Mode with the battery charge at 80% and stays there. After sometime, it might slowly charge up to 100%, but come back down to 80%. Coconutbattery app shows, on the other hand that it never goes up to 100%, but around 97%, and stays below 80%, even at 74%.

Does the silicon MacBooks have this Manage battery longevity and the Desktop Mode, when they are plugged in to power all the time?

Apple states, "On Mac computers with Apple silicon or the T2 security chip, Optimised Battery Charging is on by default when you set up your Mac or after updating to macOS Big Sur or later."

So, the Silicon MacBooks can be kept always plugged in, and the they are supposed to learn the way you use it, and try to save the battery, keeping the silicon MacBook in the Desktop Mode.

I have read all that sometime ago, but do you have that setting, "Manage battery longevity" and the "Desktop Mode " in your Silicon MacBook? Of course, on Sonoma.

Someone posted a screenshot of M1 MBA battery health, and that setting "Manage battery longevity" was not there, so I am asking, whether it is same across all silicon MacBooks.

If your silicon MacBook is always plugged in, do you get the "Charging on hold: Desktop Mode" as in the OP screenshot?
