Third-party apps are slow to open since updating to iOS 17.1

The third party applications are taking time to start . For example Instagram or thread or telegram and many more . I hve contacted to Instagram support they gave n update concerning that it would be crashing in there last update but still i started taking time to start after 1-2 days . And after some days it started to happen in icloud n apple sppourt app .
