Family iCloud suddenly gone

We have a family iCloud and we add a iPhone to this family. But after 1 or 2 days the iphone is suddely back in the private iCloud. So we add the iphone again and a fee days later again to the private iCloud. This is now happening 4 times. The other iPhones in the family iCloud are ok.

You can't add specific devices to Family Sharing.

You add Apple IDs, and if those Apple IDs have associated devices, then all those devices get access to the family shared subscriptions and services such as iCloud Storage.

What are you doing to add this iPhone specifically?

Is the Apple ID logged into the iPhone part of the family sharing group?

Make sure whoever owns tis iPhone is not leaving Family Sharing after being added.

My Son has a iCloud+ and invite my wifes iPhone

Again, no, you cannot add a specific device. This is not how it works. Your son should be inviting your wife's Apple ID, not her device.

and that is ok for the last weeks. Now i have a iPhone 11 and he invites me.

Did he invite your Apple ID to family sharing? Or did you do something else when being invited? Did he log in with his Apple ID on your device for example and then you logged out of it?

Then i am add to the family iCloud. And then next i look again then i see i am back again in my own free 5 GN iCloud. My Son did nothing and i did nothing.

Do you see the Family option in Settings?

How is your son inviting you exactly? What are you doing after he invites you?
