Your question is very confusing.
Are you trying to pair an iPhone to another iPhone over Bluetooth?
If so, this cannot be done. Bluetooth paring between iPhones is not supported, nor really required. What are you trying to accomplish by pairing 2 iPhone exactly?
Most things that require bluetooth between 2 iPhones, do not require they be paired.
