App Store is stuck. No error given.

For the last two days, my App Store has been stuck for both new and updates. I cannot download a new application. When I click the get button, it simply starts spinning, and nothing happens.

Additionally, no updates of existing apps will work either. When I click to update an app, it simply goes to the spinning circle. On the main screen, the application is grayed and showing waiting.

Again, there is no error message at all.

This started suddenly after I had been out of town with no Internet connection for a week and decided to click the update all button.

At this time, I have tried restarting my phone, force restarting my phone, I have gone through my entire phone, and every single application that has the waiting and the gray icon I have held it down and canceled that download.

At this point, I cannot see any applications that are in the middle of downloading. However, nothing will update.
