There’s no Camera icon in my Notes app

There’s no camera icon in my Notes app, so how can I scan a document?

Camera icon in notes has disappeared I’ve used Notes to scan documents many times, and just today I notice the camera icon has disappeared. I’m trying scan into a new note in my iCloud account and I do have good internet access. Is it possible a recent iOS update has triggered a change in preferences or something maybe?

What account are you syncing your notes with? If you're not syncing them with your iCloud account, you man not see all the features.

Did you try to delete the Notes.app and re-install it?
