Automations for changing watch face have stopped working

I have had automations running to change my watch face at a specific time 5 AM to activity, digital and then at 9 AM to a different watch face. This has been working just fine up until today. On the automation page of Shortcuts, The existing automations are listed however, I am unable to edit it or create a new one or an alternate one. The watch option is no longer listed when creating a new automation.

I have reset both devices and still the automations will not run. I do not know what changed from yesterday to today and forward.
