Problem with resetting my Iphone X

Hi

My Iphone would not recognise my passcode for some reason and after many tries of different tricks it locked me out and now it says I need to connect to iTunes. I am trying to reset it or restore it anything that would get my phone working. I have Mac Pro Ventura and it would not recognise my Iphone (I have previously backed up this phone on this same computer). I tried connecting the phone on my Pc that has iTunes and again it did not recognise the phone is connected, even though the phone starts charging when connected to the computer.

what do I do now?? any advise?
