iTunes doesn't recognize my iPhone either on Windows 10 or 11

Hi guys I need help!!

I forgot my iPhone's initial password and after that I followed all the procedures on how to recover it, using iTunes and that's where the problem lies because I do everything right but iTunes doesn't recognize my iPhone to fix this. I'm desperate because I've tried everything, I tried on Windows 10 and also on 11 but nothing. I've already used several versions and tried to use the latest version of iTunes but it doesn't show any signs of life.
