Can someone steal my information if they have my iCloud account information from the WiFi connection?

I believe my WiFi was hacked and somehow they have my info and my phone has been taken over, my apps, my passwords and my watch, everything my mail, everything is acting weird stuff pops up, passwords changed I did not change, my WiFi turned off , cellular data not working it’s like something happened to my iPhone 14. Is this possible
