iOS 17.3 and Sensitive Data:

Sensitive data may have been being accessed, and, as a result, items just would not load. Sensitive data inaccessibility fixed it, on Apple's end.

1. Go to: About the Security Content of iOS 17.3 and iPadOS 17.3 - Apple Support
2. Scroll to: Shortcuts
3. As it Reads:

• Impact: An app may be able to bypass certain Privacy preferences
• Description: A privacy issue was addressed with improved handling of temporary files.

About "Frame load interrupted":

Looking this up, it appears to be a proxy error with the connection between your device's app and the server of the site you are visiting. So, go here: If Safari isn't Loading Websites or Quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. Simply put, there is a connection error. So, try another network and try clearing your temporary internet files.

As for the double-quotation mark in "Send " I'm getting pulled over. Here is my location on Apple Maps". There appears to be no one you are sending this to. So, who exactly is this contact? Why is there no name? What is it only a mutation mark.

Troubleshooting ‘’Frame load interrupted’’:

Sharing locations are not working properly. So,...

A. Clear Temporary Internet Files:

If logging in is in a loop, try clearing out your Temporary Internet Files: History, Cache, and Cookies. Go Here: Clear your Safari Browser History and Set Up Content Blockers on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

B. Report this to Apple:

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue.  Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this occurrence, if you don’t report it to them.

1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
3. Comment: that this all began after installing an update. Include the URL of this post.
4. Proceed from there as necessary

Contact you Carrier, as they are the one who provides you with the service of of Messaging. Perhaps there is a feature missing on their end of the line. You're getting this message when texting.

Single-Out this Contact:

It is not going through to this contact. Does this occur with any other contact? I would overview your contact's information, making sure all is up-to-date. Contact this person, asking them if this is an issue one their end. It's a connection issue, and there not much else I can think of, other than troubleshooting the messaging.

Also, Report this as a Bug to Apple:

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue.  Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. I have the same issue. Trying to share my location via email. I cleaned the Safari cache but noting changed. Now reported to Apple
