im trying to find the puzzles which are meant to be accessible by going to Apple News, click on “following” and “puzzles” should appear in the list. Except it doesn’t….why not??

I have also been looking for an answer to this pretty simple question that has been asked. I have not seen any information saying that we “as Australian apple one subscribers” are not eligible to the puzzle section of Apple news. Can we please get some clarification from an apple rep thanks?
It’s an absolute disgrace. Apple clearly states that when you have a News+ subscription you are entitled to the puzzles in Australia, yet they do not exist in the app. Obviously it’s impossible to get any action from Apple. I partly subscribed for this feature. Total rip off … They should be fixing and providing refunds.
Well it is not just you. I am in UK and have searched everywhere for the puzzles section. Cannot find it anywhere!
